Hesuna Studios

Hesuna Studios LLC (“Hesuna”, “we”) runs hesuna.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, who processes it, and how you can have it removed. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What we collect and why

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, the subject and your message. We use it only to reply to you. Messages are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), and forwarded to our mailbox at Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA). We delete form messages from Netlify within 12 months; the email conversation stays in our mailbox as long as it is useful for the reply.

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. We send one email when a game’s Steam page goes live and a short studio note about once a month — nothing else. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Addresses are stored by Netlify, Inc. until we move them to a newsletter service; we will name that service here before the first email goes out.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across sites. We see how many people visited which page, from which country, and which site linked them to us; we do not see who you are.

Server logs

Netlify keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and operations, typically for up to 30 days. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Email to us

If you email info@hesuna.com, your message is stored in Google Workspace for as long as the conversation is useful.

2. What we don’t do

We set no tracking or advertising cookies, and no cookie banner is needed. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. We do not buy data about you. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.

3. Videos

Trailers are embedded from YouTube in its “privacy-enhanced” mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play. From that moment YouTube (Google LLC) may process your data under its own privacy policy.

4. AI assistant (when enabled)

If we add a chat assistant to the site, it will be clearly labelled as an AI assistant. Your messages to it are sent to Anthropic, PBC (USA) to generate a reply and are not stored by us after the conversation ends. Please don’t share personal information in the chat; it isn’t needed. This section will be updated on the day the assistant goes live.

5. Where data is processed

We are a US company; the services above are US companies. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Netlify and Google each rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@hesuna.com or use the contact form; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping the site running (everything else).

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will post any change here with a new date. If a change matters — a new service, a new use — we will say so in the monthly note.
