Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use hesuna.com (“the site”), which is run by Hesuna Studios LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Hesuna”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

1. Content and ownership

Everything on the site — text, images, logos, code, audio, game names and artwork — belongs to Hesuna Studios LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. Material in the press kit may be used for coverage of Hesuna and its games under the conditions stated there. Any other use — copying, redistributing, selling, or using our name or logos to suggest a connection with us — needs our written permission.

2. Games

Our games are sold and delivered through third-party stores such as Steam. Your purchase and use of a game are governed by that store’s terms and the game’s own licence, not by these terms.

3. Services

The Services page describes what we do. It is not an offer. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Your content

If you send us a message, an idea or a suggestion, you agree that we may read and use it to reply to you and to improve our work, without any obligation to you. Please don’t send us anything confidential or anything you don’t have the right to send.

5. Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds services we don’t control (for example Steam, YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hesuna Studios LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
